Welcome to KORC Track Tuesdays powered by Ritual Runners

Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting out, our weekly gathering is designed to elevate your performance and connect you with like-minded individuals passionate about fitness and fun. We're fortunate to have the support of Ritual Runners.

What to Expect:

  • Expert Coaching: All of the sessions are developed by Coach Eloise Nairn-Smith of Ritual Runners.
  • Variety and Progression: Explore a variety of track workouts aimed at improving speed, endurance, and overall fitness levels. Each session builds upon the last, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Community Spirit: Connect with a supportive community of runners who share your dedication and enthusiasm. Track Tuesdays are not just about fitness; they're about forging lasting friendships and bonds.

What to Bring:

  • Gear: Appropriate running attire, drink bottle, warm jumper for after and a head torch for the darker months (April - October).
  • Membership: Signing up as a KORC member is free and essential. You can do so via the top right naviagtion menu on our website.
  • Running buddy: We find bringing a running partner (friend, partner, colleague... the list goes on) can help with motivation and breaking down those barriers.
  • WhatsApp Group: Head to our Instagram bio to join our Track Tuesday WhatsApp group!

Get Started:

  • When: Every Tuesday morning 05:30 am, rain or shine.
  • Where: Domain Athletics Track, outside the main gate to the track.
  • Who: Runners of all levels are welcome—just ensure you are a member and bring good vibes (we love good vibes).

Session structure:

10min slow group jog warm up

5min of stretches and session brief

20-30mins of interval running on the track.

5-10min slow group cool down jog.

Group coffee after at Wide Awake, North Hobart. (Arguably the best bit)

Please note: All sessions are led by a KORC Run Leader and your KORC membership includes insurance - to keep you safe.
